The Maison Audebert company owns 40 hectares of land since 1839. Their Chinon and Bourgueil wines are the result of old traditions, the family's hard work and the high quality of the cabernetfranc (locally called “Breton”) they use.
The fermentation process takes two to three weeks, depending on the year of maturation, and a “wild” type of yeast is used to enhance the terroir qualities of these wines.
