The Chablis Grossot domaine was founded by Jean-Pierre and Corinne Grossot in 1979. In forty years, they planted vines well over 18 hectares of land. Resistance to weather conditions and care for the vines are among the most important aspects of the wine-making business, while the specific chemical composition of the soil determines the subtle mineral taste of this wine. The Grossot family produce exquisite concentrated wines and Chablis (which is a bit similar to Chardonnay) andare, today, among those vintners who keep the Chablis reputation high worldwide.
